Your file(s) will be sent to you via email within 24 hours of your cleared payment.
Shipping (Non-digital products)
I ship USPS as soon as your payment clears(excludes holidays and weekends). If you are paying with a check via paypal it may take up to 5 business days for your payment to clear.
Refunds and Exchanges (Digital Products)
I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on digital products because they can be downloaded and saved to your computer. However, if you have any problems with your file(s) please contact me; I will be happy to help correct any issues.
Refunds and Exchanges (Non-Digital Products)
If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) please contact me. I do offer refunds (minus shipping and handling) up to 15 days from the purchase date.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All digital clipart and scrapbooking products in my shop are available for personal use (PU), commercial use (CU) and scrap for hire (S4H) unless otherwise marked. Please do not resell any of my clipart or scrapbook designs as is, you may use them to create other items for sale.
Banner designs may not be re-sold or reproduced for sale. The sale of a design does not transfer ownership.
All pre-made banner designs in my shop will be re-sold no more than 5 times each, custom designs will not be resold.
Art prints and printable wall art designs my not be resold, altered or reproduced for sale. The sale of a design does not transfer ownership.
My information products my not be resold or reproduced in any way.
